Counter-punching is taking a defensive maneuver and turning it into an offensive opportunity. There are essentially three (3) types of counters and they have three different rhythms; Stop & Go! (pop/boom), Miss & Go! (boom/boom), Go! (boom). Click on the links below for videos on each. 

3 Basic Counters (hands, head, feet)

Duck & Go (1-2)!

Basic head movement counter is to duck using your hips and return fire with 1-2 

Back & Go (1-2)!

Basic foot movement counter is to step back and return fire entering back to the attack zone with a 1-2 combination
